This shipping and delivery policy is part of our terms of service.
Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping our products.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on art photography print orders over a 100 pounds (UK customers only) estimated shipping time is 3 - 7 working days.
Shipping fees
All other art photography print orders.
Art photography prints are print on demand see processing and delivery times below. Please note that the times listed are working days and all orders are subject to 2-5 days fulfilment time to print and package the order before it is sent.
Book orders are print on demand from a different distributor that has local market places.
Shipping on book orders is £3.44 to all areas.
Shipping times will vary depending on which marketplace your order is coming time, but usually arrive with 1 - 2 weeks. This includes fulfilment time to print and process orders.
Please note that art photography print orders and book orders come from two different places. If ordering together there will be two delivery chargers and two separate deliveries.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK customers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order for more information please refer to our terms.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver once a month, The delivery date is dependent on the date the subscription was initiated and delivered times for the location of the purchaser.

Free shipping is not valid on International orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some International deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complaining with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Question about returns?
Print on demand items including, art photography prints and books, are final sale as they are special order items and are exempt from the 14 day return policy.
