Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the UK.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Prints are available for worldwide shipping. Other products may only be shipped to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your location and the item ordered.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days.
International orders usually take 7–21 working days, depending on customs and local postal services.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Free UK Shipping
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order and the items purchased.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracked shipping is available and the tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. If you selected standard (non-tracked) shipping, tracking won't be available.
6. My order hasn't arrived yet—what should I do?
Please allow a bit of extra time during busy periods or for international shipping. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 30 days, get in touch and I’ll help sort it out.
7. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Not at this time, but I occasionally attend local markets or exhibitions- sign up to the mailing list to find out where I’ll be next!

8. Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout if you'd like me to include a message. I don’t include pricing in the package.
9. Are the prints and books signed?
Open edition prints are not signed, but come with a signed certificate of authenticity.
If you would like your book to be signed please indicate this on when ordering.
10. What’s the difference between a postcard and a print?
Postcards are smaller and printed on thick card stock with a write-up on the front next to the image. Prints are fine art quality, suitable for framing.
11. Do you take custom or wholesale orders?

Returns & Exchanges
12. What’s your return policy?
I do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or is lost in shipping. As many items are printed on demand, I’m unable to accept returns for other reasons. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and I’ll be happy to help.
13. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please email me with a photo of the damage and your order number. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
